I’ve been experiencing an enormous sense of burden. There are many reasons for this, but I realize that I have a choice to make… I can continue to let these situations weigh me down, or I can stop and remember that I’m not alone.
Philipians 4:13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength.
Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Thanks for posting this-one of my favorites. I learned this weekend that a friend of mine from the UK was killed in a tragic accident on Friday…a mom of two young boys…and my heart has felt so heavy and sad.

What a great reminder, Bridget. I’ve been praying for a great deal of strength, myself, this weekend. I am so thankful for that promise made in Isaiah.
OH, that is one of my favorite verses. My favorite part is “…For I AM YOUR God.” I love that! He calls himself ours. Isn’t that cool?! Gives me chills, everytime.
