I have found amazing comfort in the Kutless song "What Faith Can Do." It has really spoken to me this week - take a listen, and know that we all struggle with this at times. Well, at least that's what those in the know tell me :) Praying for you, really I am.

I've always liked these words of Melody Beattie, because they hold true in many situations. As you let go the balls and they begin to come back to you, recall these words to yourself. They helped me. I hope they help you.

"Letting go doesn't mean we don't care. Letting go doesn't mean we shut down. Letting go means we stop trying to force outcomes . . . It means we give up resistance to the way things are, for the moment. It means we stop trying to do the impossible--controlling that which we cannot--and, instead, focus on what is possible--which usually means taking care of ourselves. And we do this in gentleness, kindness, and love, as much as possible."

Namaste.
