Happy Independence Day!

I pray that your day is blessed and safe, and that you remember to thank God for the many freedoms we enjoy.

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2 Corinthians 3:17

I found your blog through another follower and am glad I did. I hope to participate in the blog carnival at some point. I see lots of substance here! I read your bio and smiled when I saw your Emily Dickinson quote. That is my favorite quote and I have it posted at the top of my blog. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and I hope to be back soon. I listened to the song on the 5th of July, but that song never gets old and it’s a good reminder for every day. I enjoy your Sunday songs, Bridget.
I also have found the Carnival blogging theraputic both from reading others’ ideas for the word, but also reaching deep inside myself and writing from there.
